During what period can I return the TV

The TV is returned within 14 days of purchase. But here you must take into account the warranty period. For example, you can request a free repair after 2 years (if the warranty allows). But asking for a replacement will not work.

When to return the TV does not work

It will not work to return the device if you have not reported a failure within 14 days. The second case - it was proved that the buyer was to blame for the breakdown of the TV.
